Inspection Services

We perform monthly, quarterly and annual inspection and certification on lifting equipment and their accessories, according to International Standards; OSHA, ASME B30 series, LEEA, API RP2D, BS EN, and manufacturer’s guidelines. In addition, we proffer solutions for repairs or maintenance to uphold equipment integrity and compliance. Our technicians are trained to carryout inspection services that meet both local and international regulations and standards for offshore and onshore operation

Testing Services

Ropetech is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for carrying out inspection and testing of critical components and operation safety devices of cranes and other lifting appliances. These testing services include but not limited to: Destructive Test, MPI, Eddy Current, UT, Load test, Proof Load test, etc

Training & Certification

We provide courses at Ropetech Training Centre or client’s facility to meet their specific needs. Our specialized training targets personnel using specific equipment, where applicable.We are fully accredited in the areas of lifting equipment operators training by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission(NUPRC) and the International Association of Drilling Contractors(IADC)

We inspect and certify lifting equipment as well as train operators of contractual equipment (cranes, forklift, heavy duty construction equipment, etc.) to acceptable International Standards (ASME, API, OSHA, ANSI, and BSI), for optimal utilization, and to minimize equipment downtime in any operation.
